Many people say that Slovenia is a cycling paradise. Slovenia has a rich and diversified network of cycling possibilities all year round.

Taking into consideration Slovenia’s dazzling countryside, dissected relief and excellent climate, you can choose to cycle between riversides and valleys while seeing rich untouched nature, or in an Alpine world more suitable for adrenalin seekers. There are three EuroVelo routes planned through Slovenia: numbers 8, 9 and 13. EuroVelo 8 and 13 are already completely signposted in Slovenia, while EuroVelo 9 is under development.
